These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RJ4 Medspa website and your booking of treatments at RJ4 Medspa, 64 Adeola Odeku Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria. By booking a treatment or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
RJ4 Medspa is a medical spa offering luxury spa therapies and medical-grade aesthetic treatments delivered by trained professionals. Treatment descriptions, durations, and prices are published on this website; all prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦).
Bookings & Deposits
- Bookings are inquiry-based: your appointment is confirmed once our team contacts you directly. A form submission or WhatsApp message is a request, not a confirmed appointment.
- We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, particularly for packages, couples’ treatments, and weekend appointments.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure bookings for packages, couples’ treatments, and group visits.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a fee of 50% of the treatment price, or forfeiture of any deposit paid.
Late Arrival
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your appointment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session at full price, or may require rescheduling, depending on the treatment.
Refunds
Services already rendered are non-refundable. Unused sessions within a prepaid package may be eligible for credit toward a future visit within 6 months of purchase, at management’s discretion.
Age Policy
- Standard facials, massages, and body treatments are available to clients aged 16 and above, with parental consent required for minors.
- Advanced medical aesthetic treatments — including chemical peels, LED therapy, vitamin infusions, dermaplaning, and waxing — are reserved for clients aged 18 and above.
Health & Suitability
- You are responsible for disclosing any allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy, recent treatments, or medical conditions before your session begins, so your therapist can tailor the treatment safely.
- Certain treatments (including Skin Tag Removal, Chemical Peels, and Vitamin Infusions) require a consultation before treatment and pricing are finalised.
- We may decline or modify a treatment where our team judges it unsafe or unsuitable for you.
Payment
We accept cash, bank transfer, and major debit/credit cards. Prices shown on this website are final treatment prices; applicable taxes are included where relevant.
Gift Cards
RJ4 Medspa gift cards are available for any treatment or package amount. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
